I am a woman and it was nice to have someone speak to me as if I had a brain and would understand some mechanical language.  Even when I did not fully understand,  Jay took the time to explain in my language what was happening. It was nice. I was not given the "we checked it over and couldn't find anything" answer other places have given.  They told me about all the ways that they tested and reasons for the issue and suggestions for correcting it. They put my mind at ease and didn't try to sell me things I don't need. They gave me a price up front for the services that were to be performed and there were no hidden charges that showed up at the end. I was very satisfied and plan to bring my vehicle to them for future service and maintenance.  Thank you Phil and Jay for your time.  You put the customer in customer service for me.

"Service and Parts"

Both employees, Jim and Jay, in the Service and Parts department were most accommodating and pleasant.  In parts, Jim spent a great deal of time and effort helping me find the correct roof rack and water sports attachments for my Jeep.  He was patient and clear explaining to me what I needed to purchase to meet my needs.  Jay in service is always pleasant and willing to help.  Even staff in sales and the front office were welcoming even though they were not directly involved in my visit.  There is a feeling of warmth and support from the minute you walk in the front door. It is a pleasure doing business with Lambert Auto.

I would like to offer my compliments to you and your team, specifically Joe and Deanna.  Both were extremely professional and accommodating in helping me help my Mom purchase a new car.  I live out of state and was planning a trip to visit my Mom and help her shop for a new vehicle.  I was able to find what she was looking for by simply browsing your site.  I especially like the 'view window sticker' option.  I reached out to a member of your sales team, Joe, who was very helpful.  He arranged for my Mom to test drive the car next day.  After the test drive she told Joe that she'd have to talk with me about it.  Joe didn't apply any pressure and this made me Mom very comfortable.  After we talked I called Joe and said she would like the car if he and I could work out a price and if he was willing to work through me rather than my Mom.  Once again, Joe came through.  Price was fair and he didn't have any problem working with me.

With this step done we turned to Deanna.  Deanna was also a real pleasure to work with in getting everything in order for my Mom.  I had her ready to go with one financing scenario when I changed my mind and asked to take a different route.  Deanna didn't blink and proceeded to re-work everything she had already done.  She also took the time to scan everything and email it to me so that I could review for my Mom.  By the time my Mom came back for the car everything was done and all she had to do was sign and be on her way in her new car.

Long story short, my Mom is very happy which makes me very happy!  Excellent job by Joe and Deanna.  I thank them both again for their willingness to work with me and for the kindness they showed by Mom.
